1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from GLOW. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who we are

GLOW is an online retailer operating in South Africa, selling at-home LED teeth whitening kits. You can reach us through the Contact page on this website.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if the item is unavailable, if the price or description was published in error, or if we suspect fraud.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free within South Africa. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

5. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative and colours may vary slightly between screens. Results from teeth whitening vary from person to person depending on your starting shade, the type of staining and how consistently you use the kit.

6. Health and safe use

GLOW is a cosmetic product, not a medical device or treatment. It is not a substitute for dental care or professional advice. Follow the instructions supplied with the kit. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are under 18, or if you have gum disease, mouth ulcers or untreated dental problems. Whitening gel does not change the colour of crowns, veneers or fillings. Temporary tooth sensitivity can occur; stop use and speak to a dentist if you experience pain. If you have any dental condition or concern, consult your dentist before use.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy form part of these terms.

8. Your account and conduct

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including your delivery address, and for keeping any account details secure. You may not use this site for unlawful purposes, or copy our content, images or branding without permission.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

10. Privacy

We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to your order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
