How long until I see results?
Most people see visible whitening after their first 30-minute session. Full results, typically 3 to 5 shades lighter, take 3 to 5 days of daily use. Everyone is different: it depends on your starting shade and how much staining you have.
Is it safe? Will it damage my teeth?
Yes, when used as directed. The LED light is non-UV and the kit is designed for at-home use.
Some people experience temporary sensitivity. We include a sensitivity protocol in the guide. If you have naturally sensitive teeth, start with every other day instead of daily. Stop use and contact us if you experience any pain or discomfort.
How long does one kit last?
The free gel pack that ships with your order holds enough for 10 to 15 applications, depending on how much you use each time. Most people use it daily for 5 to 7 days, so it typically lasts 1 to 2 weeks of regular use. Refills are available separately.
Can I use it if I have crowns, veneers or fillings?
The whitening gel only works on natural tooth enamel. It will not whiten crowns, veneers or fillings, but it will whiten the natural teeth around them. If you have significant dental work, check with your dentist first.
How does this compare to whitening strips or the dentist?
Versus whitening strips: strips only cover the front teeth and can whiten unevenly. This kit treats all visible teeth at once, more evenly and in less time.
Versus dentist trays: in-chair or custom dentist whitening in South Africa runs roughly R3,500 to R8,000 and needs multiple visits. GLOW is R649 and you do it at home.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery is free anywhere in South Africa. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and usually arrive within 8 to 12 business days, fully tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email and SMS as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently deliver within South Africa only. Join our mailing list and we will let you know when that changes.
What if the LED light does not work?
If the light does not switch on or arrives defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video. We will send a replacement or process a refund, no hassle.
Are there any side effects?
Temporary tooth sensitivity is the most common one, affecting roughly 15% of users. It is mild and settles once you stop using the kit or reduce how often you use it.
Do not use GLOW if you are pregnant, as there is not enough research yet. Do not swallow the gel. If you have gum disease or mouth ulcers, wait until they have healed before using the kit. GLOW is a cosmetic product and is not a substitute for dental care.
