Where we deliver

We currently deliver anywhere in South Africa. We do not ship internationally yet.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on every order within South Africa. There are no hidden handling or customs charges at your door.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment clearing. Delivery typically takes 8 to 12 business days from dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Remote areas, courier backlogs and peak periods such as Black Friday and December can add a few days.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email and SMS. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us through the Contact page and we will follow it up.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can change an address only before dispatch. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be re-sent once the correct address is confirmed.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will trace it. If it cannot be located we will send a replacement or refund you in full. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
